Ryoji Matsuoka M50 Classical Acoustic 1999
Matsuoka M50, made in Japan 1999, natural gloss. We love these RM classical guitars around here, they're excellent value and always built with a lot of care. This one dates to 1999, relatively late in the game as these go. It sports the tried and tested combination of a cedar top and rosewood back and sides, which delivers the goods: it's fat and punchy down low, clear and expansive on top and has plenty of breath and balance through the mids. There's a lot to enjoy here, this is going to be a much nicer piece of craftsmanship than a modern midrange factory-made model. Thanks Ryoji!
