Hook Amps Wizard 45w Guitar Amp Head
This thing is bananas. The Wizard is built for those of us that want the flexibility and programmable ease of a modeller, but with the irreplaceable warmth and depth of a real valve amp head. It's got a clean-ish and a dirty-ish channel and a few different voicing options, as well as reverb. You can then save 32 different presets to swap between, and recall them via MIDI switching or the dial on the front, and the motorised faders move in real time to match. The cleans start at Fender-style chime and shimmer, and you can work your way through to a JCM900-style dirty growl with plenty of gain on tap. There's also a built in load-box, so you can switch that on for use without a cab for recording or silent-stage scenarios. There's built-in IRs for speaker modelling, or you can load your own if you please. To have all that available in a real amp is really quite something. Motorised faders, good heavens!
