Fender '69 Telecaster Thinline Build Gold Sparkle 2026
Fender Thinline Build, gold sparkle, assembled in Australia 2026. This is a classy parts build from a regular Topshelfer, based on the 1969 version of the Thinline Telcaster. The body is out of China, but it's very made and finished and is certainly at least as good as many F-made examples. It's got a loaded Vintera II pickguard, with Fender pickups and electronics and a matching Fender bridge. The neck is a USA-made American Performer model, with a modern radius, tall frets and a fast feel. The guitar sounds, feels and presents like a factory original; it's got a pleasing congruence to it. The sound is sweet: clear and glassy with open mids and a fast bass. Sparkles for the win.
