Boss PH-1 Phaser Pedal 1979
It's got the silver screw and the long dash... are you excited yet? This is an original 1979 example of the excellent Boss PH-1 Phaser, and it sounds absolutely magical. It's got that subtle, three-dimensional warmth that later PH models don't seem to have. The power input has been modified to take a regular 9v negative supply, so it's pedalboard ready. The LED is playing up: it engages momentarily when you hit the pedal but doesn't stay on while the pedal is engaged... but you can tell when it's turned on, owing to the glorious swirling lush tones.
