Fender '52 Tele, vintage natural, made in Japan 2012. It's the guitar you picture when someone says Telecaster, is it not? This is an excellent take on the original 1952 trailblazer, so you get some fifties style appointments: small headstock with the spaghetti logo, Kluson-style tuners, maple board, 7.25" radius neck, ash body, single ply black guard... old school stuff, still cool today. This was the high end model in 2012, so it scored a factory set of USA-made Texas Special single coils, which sound great. It's pretty hot as vintage Tele style guitars go, so it's got a generous midrange kick and a fat low end to balance that slicing, glassy treble. The neck is a slim vintage C, which is a bit more universally acceptable than the V style profile earlier versions of this model got. This is a really lovely Tele, it will fill the T-shaped hole in your heart with glee.

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. The headstock has scuffs on the end and some dimples on the top edge. The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, minor dimples on the back only. The back has scuffs on both horns, the bottom edge and around the ferrules and some dimples in the elbow area. The sides have scuffs and a dent on the elbow area, dimples near the jack and light scuffs on the bottom horn. The front has dimples in the elbow area and behind the bridge, scuffs below the knobs and some play wear on the guard and horn.
Overall: very good condition (8.5/10)

Playing condition notes: action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Wearing fresh 10/46 Moonshiners strings.
Fret life: 8/10, minor wear only
