Fender '62 Jazz, ocean turquoise, made in Japan 1994. Ocean Turquoise is a gorgeous finish: one of Fender's finest, and with the mint green guard, dark rosewood board and vintage style gold logo, this looks so classy. There was a couple of different versions of the '62 J in the mid-90s catalog, this one being a notch above the most basic, so you get a cool vintage-correct spiral saddle bridge and USA-made pickups. It sounds awesome: punchy, snappy and immediate, with a lovely plump low end rounding things out with pizzazz. The neck is slim and comfy, it's such an agreeable shape and never makes you work too hard. It's hard not to grin playing this one.

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. The headstock has dimples and scuffs on the end and treble edge and some rub wear on the back. The is clean and smooth in the hands, minor scuffs on the back only. The back has rub wear on the horns, scuffs along the belly carve, elbow area and back edge and some dimples in the elbow area and bottom corner. The sides have dimples on the top horn, dents and scuffs in the elbow area and near the jack and some dimples on the bottom horn. The front has dimples near the jack, around the bridge and in the elbow area, as well as some dimples on the top horn and play wear on and around the guard.
Overall: very good condition (8/10)

Playing Condition Notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Wearing fresh 45/105 Moonshiners strings.
Fret Life: 8/10, minor wear only
